In October, Bodega hosted a wine tasting in Oradea that felt closer to nature than most.
Guided by Benyák Zoltán of Authentic Borműhely, the evening focused on natural, handcrafted wines shaped by the Alföld landscape. His philosophy was simple: let the land speak through the wine.
Wine with a sense of place
The tasting included nine wines, each reflecting the character of the region.
Rather than directing how the wines should be experienced, guests were invited to discover their own impressions. This created a more personal and relaxed atmosphere, where each glass felt like a quiet conversation.
Simple, balanced pairing
A selection of light snacks accompanied the wines, designed to support rather than dominate the experience.
Everything felt natural and in harmony, without unnecessary complexity.
More than just a tasting
What stood out was not only the wines, but the mindset behind them.
The evening became less about tasting and more about understanding a different approach to winemaking, one rooted in patience, nature and authenticity.
A different side of Bodega
Known for its laid-back atmosphere, Bodega once again transformed into a more intimate space, where conversations flowed easily and time slowed down.
A quiet, lasting experience
It wasn’t a loud or dramatic evening.
But through its simplicity, honesty and connection to nature, it became something that stayed long after it ended.
